About the project

A fully custom recruitment experience—designed and developed in Framer and Webflow—to attract and connect ambitious sales candidates with Vivint’s nationwide team of Smart Home Pros.

The Challenge

Vivint’s sales recruiting relied on outdated pages and manual follow-up, leaving huge potential untapped. We needed a modern, emotionally engaging digital experience that could tell the story of what it’s like to be a Smart Home Pro—while automating the process of matching leads to reps.

My Approach

I designed and built the entire site from the ground up—crafting every layout, animation, and interaction in Framer and Webflow. Custom automations connected lead forms to personalized email series that instantly matched candidates with local reps. Every visual and motion element was created to capture the energy, freedom, and team spirit of door-to-door sales, making the experience both aspirational and actionable.

The Impact

SmartHomePros.com became a living recruitment tool—turning storytelling into conversion. What started as a single campaign evolved into a scalable, automated ecosystem that continues to drive leads and bring new talent into Vivint’s growing sales organization.
