About the project
As lead of the vivint.com design team, I drove a unified, user-focused experience—building a scalable system that connected marketing and product, streamlined workflows, and elevated the digital brand.
The Challenge
Vivint’s marketing site needed to reflect a modern smart-home brand while supporting rapid campaign launches and testing. The experience had to feel premium yet approachable, adaptable to constant growth, and consistent across dozens of pages and experiments.
My Approach
I led the redesign strategy—aligning cross-functional teams across marketing, UX, and engineering. We established a scalable design system, improved component reusability, and created templates optimized for both brand storytelling and conversion.
The Impact
The design evolution brought Vivint’s digital experience into alignment—creating consistency across every page and campaign, strengthening collaboration between teams, and laying the groundwork for a unified system that continues to scale and shape all future touchpoints.
